• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping method (USPS or UPS). We do not currently offer free shipping.
  
  

Returns

Awakened Skincare is committed to your satisfaction. We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

• Return Window: You must return the product(s) to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refunds: Once we receive the returned product(s) in their original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
